Deploying new build

I snagged the sources with Subversion, made a change, rebuilt the projects, but now when I try to build, I'm getting a "System.BadImageFormatException".  I copied the new .dll and .pdb files to my %LINQTOXSDBINDIR% (along with the .targets file).  Oddly, the exception is complaining that it can't find V1.1.0 of the assembly, but I built using the 2.0.0 tag.  I don't see any place where the version is recorded, so I assumed it would use the latest one.  I have a reference to the Xml.Schema.Linq.dll, and it reports the correct version, do I need to "register" this assembly/dll or something? (Sorry, I'm a .NET newbie!)

Well, I sort of got it fixed.  I rebuilt everything, created a new LINQTOXSDBINDIR, and copied all the files produced by the build task into there.  Now I can build my projects again, and I can modify the linqtoxsd project and use the modified code.  Still don't know why VS was looking for V1.1 of the dll, though...
